RVM Incorporated (dba) Luxury Designs is an award winning interior design company. Created in 1997, RVM Inc. was under the ownership and direction of the late Raymond Mendias.  He was a custom home builder in Dallas/Ft. Worth and his wife, Pat Mendias, was the designer behind some of the most beautiful interior designs in the metroplex.  In the late 90's, Raymond began working in the commercial properties industry with corporations such as Trammel Crow, Bank One, Chase Banks, to name a few.  

 

Raymond's daughter Donna Kolberg, graduate of Southern Methodist University, partnered with her father and then became owner of RVM Incorporated when he retired. Donna's company rebranded a great majority of the Bank One conversions to Chase Banks in Dallas and Fort Worth... from Waco to Sherman. In 2010, Donna began working with a high end furniture and design company in Southlake where she was manager, buyer, merchandiser and designer. This is where Donna met Tammie Gore. Tammie, former owner and director of Faux Designs is a talented, creative, and experienced designer in the custom home industry.  Donna and Tammie created a partnership as interior designers for the Design Gallery and Flooring Services for several years prior to branching off and creating their own design company, Luxury Designs.
